My story
Built on a simple belief.
ELCA was founded in Vancouver by me, Camila, who had seen too many organizing projects that looked perfect in photos and fell apart within weeks. The bins were beautiful. The systems were rigid. And the people living in those homes felt like guests in their own spaces.
I started with a different question: what does this person actually need? Not what looks best, not what works in theory but what will genuinely hold up in the life they're already living.
That question shapes everything I do. It's why I spend time listening before I start sorting. It's why no two projects look the same. And it's why clients tell me months later that their systems are still working.
What I believe
Listening comes first.
I don't arrive with a plan. I arrive with questions. The organizing follows from understanding not the other way around.
Systems should fit real life.
A system that only works when it's perfect isn't a system. I design for the way you actually live including the busy weeks, the tired evenings, and the days when nothing goes to plan.
No judgment, ever.
Everyone's home tells a story. I'm not here to edit the story just to help you find a way to live in it more easily, and have fun doing it!
Beauty matters.
Function and aesthetics aren't in conflict. A space that works well and looks considered is a space you'll want to maintain. I hold both.

Every project begins with a walk through your space. Not to assess the mess, but to understand how you move through your home. Where things land. What you reach for first. What you avoid.
From there, I build a system around your habits, not against them. I'll work alongside you or independently, depending on what you prefer. I'll source products when needed, style when it adds value, and leave you with a space that feels genuinely yours. With over 7+ years in the Real Estate industry, I'm a natural at this.
